We all know that the gut is the seat of most diseases. In the Gastrointestinal Masterclass II we cover the most of the common lower gastrointestinal presentations that you are seeing in practice. You will learn how to recognise, assess, interpret pathology for and develop care plans for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, Lymphocytic and Collagenous Colitis and Diverticulosis which can all be challenging presentations. The experts in these fields are giving you their proven treatment approaches that they have refined over thousands of patients.

*This Masterclass comes with seven of the webinars from our previous Gastrointestinal Masterclass Two (CE hours are for the current Masterclass only) and receive 30% off any Gastrointestinal Course with the purchase of this class.

Dr Mark Davis specialises in inflammatory bowel disease. He sees Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis almost exclusively. Both of these conditions are increasing significantly, especially Crohn’s. Most people with Crohn’s undergo surgery to resect part of their bowel and unfortunately, about 40% of them suffer a recurrence. The inflammatory bowel diseases respond particularly well to good natural healthcare. Mark is a naturopathic doctor and full-time faculty at Maryland University of Integrative Health. He treats adults and children with inflammatory bowel disease and occasionally other digestive conditions at Capital Integrative Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr Patrick Hannaway is a highly-regarded integrated functional medicine clinician and will give us deep insights into the causes and care of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. An often tricky condition to make reliable headway with. Patrick is a board-certified family physician trained at Washington University. Dr Hanaway served on the Executive Committee for the American Board of Integrative Medicine and is Past President of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine.

Dr Sidney Baker is presenting the use of anti-helminths in gastrointestinal and autoimmune conditions. Helminth therapy is rapidly emerging as an effective immune-resetting therapy and is applicable in many conditions. Sidney is a Yale Medical graduate and former Assistant Professor of Medical Sciences. He is one of the founding fathers of functional medicine and has successfully treated thousands of patients with chronic conditions.

Dr Megan Taylor has two topics; Diverticulosis and Microscope Colitis. Microscopic Colitis is an inflammatory bowel condition too not visible to the naked eye (microscopic) and presents in two forms Collagenous Colitis and Lymphocytic Colitis. These have several recognised causes, are frequently misdiagnosed and require careful care consideration. Megan is a licensed naturopathic physician graduating with honors from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland. She has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of GERD, gastritis, inflammatory bowel diseases, including microscopic colitis.

Dawn Whitten has presented several excellent webinars for Health Masters LIVE and returns with a significant update on Gastrointestinal Oesophageal Reflux in infants. Dawn is a naturopath, herbalist and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has been in clinical practice for 14 years, mostly in busy apothecary and clinic settings where she has had the opportunity to work with many mothers and babies. She participates in peer-education and is passionate about sharing her lactation knowledge in the naturopathy field.

This will be a fascinating and very clinically useful Masterclass. Don’t forget, it’s is excellent or it’s free. We hope you can join us for the Natural Gastrointestinal Masterclass Two.
