HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A CLASS?
You can register for any class by clicking on the REGISTER button or by adding it to your cart and completing the checkout process. If you have registered for a class in the past, LOGIN first, check your cart contents and then click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button. Fill in your details (if you are already logged-in it will fill out your details for you) and click the REGISTER button.
I DON’T HAVE THE TIME. WHAT IF I MISS ONE OF THE LIVE WEBINARS?
All webinars are recorded and made available for viewing at your leisure for 6 months after you register. Also… it’s important to make some time to become a better practitioner right? You only get out of it what you put into it.

To get the most out of Health Masters Live we recommend that you attend your classes live. This allows you to ask questions and encourages you to complete your coursework. If you choose to watch the recordings because the live class is inconvenient for you please add notifications to your calendar so you are reminded to watch them. We know life gets in the way sometimes and things can get left behind. We can’t hold your hand and make you do it :) Don’t leave watching the recordings until it is too late. If you do need a little extra time to finish a course just let us know.
For unlimited access time, purchase an All Access Pass yearly subscription. This gives you access while your subscription is active. If you watch a few Masterclasses a year it is also the best value.
WHY 6 MONTHS ACCESS?
We have 6 months access as there are a few associations that don’t allow CE points if it takes you longer than 6 months to do a short course. They believe if someone has lifetime access they can do a portion of the class, which is then forgotten before they do the rest of the class. For best learning outcomes, it is best to get it done within the 6 months. If you run out of time to do a course we are always happy to extend it for you. Just let us know.
CAN I BUY ONLY A PORTION OF THE PROGRAM BECAUSE I JUST NEED HELP WITH ___?
No. The only option is to invest in the full Masterclass or Series experience. To gain skills in an area of interest you cannot study just part of it.
IS IT WORTH THE MONEY?
If for any reason you decide that the Health Masters LIVE event you purchased was not a good investment for your professional development as a health practitioner then we don’t want to keep your money. Simply email us within 30 days of the completion of the live event, OR 30 days after the purchase of a recording, and let us know and we will give you a 100% refund. WILL I BE ABLE TO ASK THE PRESENTERS QUESTIONS?
Yes, you can ask your presenter/s questions live by typing your question for them into your control panel at any time during the live presentation. This is one great benefit of attending the live sessions. Once you log in to the LIVE event, you can ask questions via the chat panel on the right hand side of your Goto Webinar screen. If you’re viewing the LIVE event you will find a button under the feed which says “Chat LIVE”, click on this and log in to join the worldwide audience in putting questions to the presenter.
I WORK WITH ANOTHER PRACTITIONER. CAN WE TAKE THE COURSE TOGETHER?
All of our events are individual purchase programs. If you would like to take a course along with a business partner or collaborator, you will need to purchase the course individually. Additionally, if you are interested in having your entire team take a course, a separate registration will need to be purchased for each participating member. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
All of our webinars go for 1 hour and 30 minutes each (including question and answer time). Our Masterclasses usually consist of 8 sessions which give a total of 12 hours of live presentation time.
HOW WILL CPE BE HANDLED AND WILL YOU DO IT FOR ME?
When you complete your Course, by clicking each COMPLETE LESSON button, a new button will appear called “VIEW CERTIFICATE” that will allow you to view and download a personalised certificate listing your education hours. Your association typically converts this to CPE credits. We do have instant approval through many associations, however, there are hundreds of associations around the world. If your association is not one of our approved associations, that’s ok, as you can typically submit your hours of attendance at webinars and your association will credit you a certain number of points per hour. It is up to your association how many CPE points they give.
WHAT MATERIALS DO I GET TO KEEP?
You receive downloadable seminar notes containing all presentation slides as well as any materials that the presenter provides. These can be questionnaires, research papers or patient handouts. Unfortunately due to intellectual property restrictions, we do not facilitate downloads at this time, however, you do have access to them online for as long as your membership is active.

If you purchase prior to an event starting you get access to the LIVE sessions where you can ask the presenters questions. We also often have Early Bird pricing available up until the event starts. CAN I WATCH ON MY IPAD, IPHONE OR SMARTPHONE?
LIVE Streaming via the GoTo Webinar App allows you to stream our events on most devices by clicking on the link sent to you in your registration email. HOW DO I BECOME A PRESENTER?
If you are interested in becoming a presenter for Health Masters LIVE please email us your proposal, including the topic/s, myths you would like to overturn, and clinical pearls that might make a difference in how other practitioners practice. Please also send any links to any websites with your work, social media sites or videos of your previous speaking engagements. You will have to have been a proven leader in the area of health that you wish to speak on. We will forward anything you send to our Production Team. They will then be in contact with you directly if they have questions or follow-up items.
HOW DO I PROMOTE MY PRODUCTS THROUGH YOU?
We are an unbiased form of education. We take pride in this. We receive many emails from companies wanting to promote their supplements through us. We will not do this.
HOW LONG AFTER A LIVE BROADCAST CAN I WATCH THE RECORDING?
The course video recordings are generally available to watch within 6 hours of the LIVE event broadcast. You can access these once you log in via the MY COURSES link in the top menu.
