I DON’T HAVE THE TIME. WHAT IF I MISS ONE OF THE LIVE WEBINARS?
All sessions are recorded and made available for viewing at your leisure for 60 days after the event. Also, it’s important to make some time to become a better practitioner right? You only get out of it what you put into it.
CAN I BUY ONLY A PORTION OF THE PROGRAM BECAUSE I JUST NEED HELP WITH ___?
No. The only option is to invest in the full Masterclass or Series experience. To gain skills in an area of interest you cannot study just part of it.
IS IT WORTH THE MONEY?
If for any reason you decide that the Health Masters LIVE event you attended was not a good investment for your professional development as a health practitioner then we don’t want to keep your money. HOW DO I TRUST THAT YOU ARE UNBIASED?
If you feel that you are being sold to at any stage, you get your money back. It’s that simple. We are committed to providing unbiased education and don’t get paid unless we do an awesome job.

No program is going to work unless you do the work. We give you proven strategies by the best in natural healthcare. They give you what works for them and their patients. We put a tremendous amount of time and energy into our programs. Match that energy and follow through with these recommendations.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ASK THE PRESENTERS QUESTIONS?
Yes, you can ask your presenter/s questions live, or type your question for them into your control panel at any time during the presentation. This is one great benefit of attending the live sessions. Once you log in to the LIVE event, you can ask questions via the chat panel on the right hand side of your Goto Webinar screen. If you’re viewing the LIVE event you will find a button under the feed which says “Chat LIVE”, click on this and log in to join the worldwide audience in putting questions to the presenter.
I WORK WITH ANOTHER PRACTITIONER. CAN WE TAKE THE COURSE TOGETHER?
All of our events are individual purchase programs. If you would like to take this course along with a business partner or collaborator, you will need to purchase the course individually. Additionally, if you are interested in having your entire team take this course, a separate registration will need to be purchased for each participating member.
CAN I TALK WITH SOMEONE BEFORE ORDERING?
You can use our chat feature that shows up on all pages of our website at the bottom left or you can call us. Our number is on the bottom of this site and on our contact page.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
All of our single-session webinars go for 1 hour and 30 minutes each. Our Masterclasses usually consist of 8 sessions which give a total of 12 hours of live presentation time.
HOW WILL CPE BE HANDLED AND WILL YOU DO IT FOR ME?
You will be emailed a personalised certificate of graduation listing your education hours. Your association typically converts this to CPE credits. We do have instant approval through some associations, however there are hundreds of associations around the world. If you association is not one of our approved associations, that’s ok. You can typically submit your hours of attendance at webinars and your association will credit you a certain number of points per hour. It is up to your association how many CPE points they give.
WHAT MATERIALS DO I GET TO KEEP?
You receive downloadable seminar notes containing all presentation slides as well as materials that the presenter provides. These can be questionnaires, research papers or patient handouts. Unfortunately due to IP restrictions, we do not facilitate downloads at this time.
WHAT IF I DON’T ORDER RIGHT NOW?
If you purchase prior to an event starting you get access to the LIVE sessions where you can ask the presenters questions. We also often have Early Bird pricing available up until the event starts. Only people on our mailing list get advanced notification of events and Early Bird pricing. You can subscribe below.
CAN I WATCH ON MY IPAD, IPHONE OR SMARTPHONE?
LIVE Streaming via the GoTo Webinar App allows you to stream our events on most devices by clicking on the link sent to you in your registration email. HOW DO I BECOME A PRESENTER?
If you are interested in becoming a presenter for Health Masters LIVE please email us your proposal, including the topic/s, myths you would like to overturn, and clinical pearls that might make a difference in how other practitioners practice. Please also send any links to any websites with your work, social media sites or videos of your previous speaking engagements. You will have to have been a proven leader in the area of health that you wish to speak on. We will forward anything you send to our Production Team. They will then be in contact with you directly if they have questions or follow-up items.
HOW DO I PROMOTE MY PRODUCTS THROUGH YOU?
We are an unbiased form of education. We take pride in this. We receive many emails from companies wanting to promote their supplements through us. We will not do this.
HOW LONG AFTER A LIVE BROADCAST CAN I WATCH THE RECORDING?
The course video recordings are generally available to watch within 24 hours of the LIVE event broadcast. You can access these via your MY MEMBERSHIPS area in your account.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?
Certificates are available for those who register prior to a paid event. They are generally emailed to you within 5 business days of the LIVE event broadcast.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS?
No you cannot, however you do have access to them online for as long as your membership is active.
